How do I synch data in Envision with my mobile device?

Answer/Resolution

This is possible, but it may take a few intermediate steps.  You can export your member directory to an external contact manager, such as Outlook, and then synchronize this program with your handheld.  (See the FAQ on Exporting to Outlook.) We offer support in getting your data from Envision to your contact manager, but from there you're on your own.  In most cases, your handheld device came with a desktop program for storing contacts.  You can usually import directly into these programs as well instead of going through Outlook.
