Windows versions 8, 7 and Vista include some extra security precautions to protect your computer. In order to run Envision successfully, there are a couple of options to set. Here are the instructions you'll need:
- Close down Envision if it is running
- Right-click the Envision icon and choose Properties
- Click on the Advanced button
- Check the "Run as administrator" option and click OK
- On the Properties box, go to the Compatibility tab
- Check the "Run this program as an administrator" option
- Click OK to close the Properties box
- Open Envision: If you see a prompt asking you to Cancel or Allow, choose Allow
