How do I order a CD-ROM?

Answer/Resolution

You can specify that you want a CD on your initial order by clicking the right link on the register page.  If you've already registered Envision and you only want the CD by itself, you can request a CD to be mailed to you for $15.  Please send e-mail using our online form and we'll send you the link where you can charge the amount to your credit card.
